One-Piece Poly Hopper

Available in three sizes, 1.5, 1.8 and 2.5 cubic yards, the thick double-walled polyethylene hopper body, with a stainless steel bottom sill, makes corrosion a thing of the past. Plus the top screen is standard.

Two-Piece Poly Hopper Cover

The two-piece poly hopper cover shields de-icing material from the elements. Its overlapping design seals out moisture while molded water grooves direct runoff away from the hopper. Its domed shape increases hopper capacity.

When opened, the covers form a spill guard to keep overflow material out of your truck. The top screens are standard.

Dual Independent Electric Conveyor/Spinner Motors

Pintle Chain Conveyor

The proven pintle chain conveyor design delivers a reliable, smooth, consistent material flow. The corrosion-resistant stainless steel conveyor housing provides added strength and rigidity. The adjustable feed gate helps meter material flow to the discharge chute.

Molded One-Piece Drop Chute and Spinner Assembly

Exclusive adjustable-height poly spinner/chute assembly accommodates both pickup truck and flatbed applications. It features a rust-proof high-performance 15 ½” poly spinner. The entire unit is easy to remove when not in use or for off-season storage.

Entire Unit Can Stand On End

The entire unit stands on end, making removal from the truck easier and minimizing the space required for off-season storage. Support blocks (not shown) are required for off-season storage

Dual variable speed control

The dual variable speed control provides independent control of the conveyor and spinner speed, so you can easily and precisely match any spread-rate requirements. Its advanced technology provides self-diagnostics via LEDs, to alert the operator when the hopper is empty or adjustments are needed.
